REFUND POLICY

Simple version: You get 7 days completely free to try everything. If SaveMyTrade isn't for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged a cent. Once the paid subscription begins, all payments are final (subject to applicable consumer rights in your jurisdiction).
1. Free Trial
Every new SaveMyTrade subscriber receives a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. During this period you are not charged. The trial is your opportunity to evaluate the product thoroughly before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Cancellation During Trial
You may cancel at any time during the 7-day free trial from your Dashboard or by contacting us at support@savemytrade.com. If you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will not be charged and your account will be deactivated at the end of the trial period.
3. Paid Subscription - No Refunds
Once your free trial converts to a paid subscription ($29/month), all charges are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law (see Section 5 below). By continuing past the trial period, you acknowledge that you have had sufficient time to evaluate the product and agree to the subscription terms.
4. Cancellation of Paid Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle - you will retain full access until then. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
5. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. During checkout, you will be asked to consent to immediate access to the digital service, which may affect this withdrawal right. If you believe you are entitled to a withdrawal under EU law, contact us at support@savemytrade.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
6. Exceptions
