TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using SaveMyTrade ("SMT", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SaveMyTrade is a Chrome browser extension and web dashboard that provides real-time trading psychology protection on TradingView. The Service monitors your open positions on TradingView and enforces user-configured rules including daily loss limits, loss streak cooldowns, overtrading warnings, and session duration reminders.

3. Not Financial Advice

SaveMyTrade does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. The Service is a self-discipline tool that enforces rules you set yourself. SMT does not analyze markets, suggest trades, or manage your money. Any trading decisions you make are entirely your own. Past trading performance is not indicative of future results.

4. No Guarantee of Loss Prevention

While SaveMyTrade is designed to help enforce trading discipline, we cannot guarantee it will prevent losses. The extension relies on DOM parsing of the TradingView interface, which may change without notice. Technical issues, browser crashes, or interface changes may temporarily affect functionality. You should not rely on SMT as your sole risk management tool.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SaveMyTrade. You must have a valid TradingView account to use the extension features. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

6. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account with others

7. Subscription & Billing

• SaveMyTrade offers a 7-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription
• You will be billed monthly at the current rate unless you cancel before renewal
• You may cancel at any time from your Dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are available within 14 days of a billing charge if you are unsatisfied

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension code
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service
• Attempt to bypass the extension's trading restrictions (the whole point is to stop you from doing this)
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and trademarks associated with SaveMyTrade are owned by SaveMyTrade. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveMyTrade and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. TradingView Compatibility

SaveMyTrade is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView. We rely on TradingView's public web interface. Changes to TradingView's interface may temporarily affect SMT's functionality. We aim to update the extension promptly when such changes occur.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
